Nairobi Senator, Mike Mbuvi Sonko, has once again shut many mouths with regard to the demise of legendary comedian, Benson Wanjau, popularly known as, Mzee Ojwang, not with words, but his unmatched good deeds.

Mike Sonko transferred the lifeless body of Mzee Ojwang, with the help of Sonko Rescue Team, from Kenyatta University Mortuary, which is public, to a state of the art Umash Funeral Home.

According to Sonko, Mzee Ojwang’s body does not deserve some mediocre morgue like that of Kenyatta University, but one that rhymes with his impact and legendary status.

Sonko’s final respect for the legendary Mzee Ojwang has left many politicians, comedians and artists covering their faces in shame as they could not do anything for him when he was still alive and even in death.

When he was struggling with hospital bills, no politician or comedian came to Mzee Ojwang’s help except Sonko.

The flamboyant Senator was also the one who rushed Mzee Ojwang to hospital the first time he fell sick due to depression after the Government sacked him from KBC.
