Story on how to pass GMAT & TOEFL by former Lagos based worker now doing an MBA abroad…

I solidified my intentions to do an MBA in a mid-level school in the US in 2010 and took my first series of exams in 2011. It was a total failure, as at this time I was being paid N70,000 a month job working from 8am to 7pm while spending N30,000 per month on food and transport. The worst part was that I spent my rent money on the exam thinking that once I pass with great grades I would beg the landlord for 2 months extension then travel and dodge the payment.

I thought I would die after I failed the exams, all my savings were gone and no money for rent. I started cleaning for the landlord ohhh… I would wash shirts, his trousers, clean his room was his car, all as an appeasement since I was begging for time till I could pay, he turned me to weekend house help. The one that eventually finished me was when his ugly wife also started giving clothes to wash. I suffered until I could save again to pay and the worst part was that the exam was so tough that I honestly couldn’t see any hope of ever passing even in the future.

I focused strictly on my job the next year, by God’s grace I got a promotion that allowed me earn N100,000 then soon after I got another job where they were paying N180,000 monthly and I could close by 5pm. I started thinking of going for an MBA again so I rewrote the exam in 2012. I had more time to study for it and I bought very good books, attended series of weekend classes, I did better than before but it was still a poor performance.

I gave up on it again, actually I vowed never to take the exams again because I was spending so much money and I felt perhaps I would never reach my dream of getting a scholarship that would afford me doing an MBA in the US.

Later on, I heard about Prepclass tutors and just decided to give it a chance. This was around July 2014. I contacted Prepclass tutors and told them how desperate I was and that I was in need of a very good tutor. I met my tutor I think a week after calling their 01-2913970number and they got me the best tutors for GMAT and TOEFL.

The GMAT guy was an expert who had been preparing candidates for over 5 years. Prepclass ensured that he devoted his weekends to me and regularly visited my office during breaks at least once a week. I later realized that his dedication was due to Prepclass system of monitoring, rating and reviewing their tutors making sure all the tutors are extremely dedicated to giving their best.

He later told me that the only way he could become a GOLD tutor with Prepclass is if I do very well in the exam. I wrote the exams with confidence for the first time and I got an admission to one of the top MBA programs and a full tuition scholarship to one of the mid class MBA programs in the US.
It wasn’t that I wasn’t preparing right before but three things were different after getting a tutor:
He showed my invaluable tips and tricks

Helped me recognize and work on my weaknesses

Helped me focus on the most important areas that GMAT actually tests on
After writing GMAT, I decided to also write TOEFL, I got another tutor from Prepclass, very easily and conveniently and had the same awesome experience. All their tutors are very dedicated and getting a tutorfrom them is extremely easy.Just click here to get a tutor

Prepclass provided an amazing tutor and materials the tutor used to help me study, they tracked my progress and even helped with consultancy regarding some of my travel difficulty. Today I’m on my way to completing my dream MBA program
